Shreveport singer Willie Jones isn't afraid of heights! The former "X Factor" contestant joined us live this morning (April 12) to help kick off the annual Holiday in Dixie festival in downtown Shreveport's Festival Plaza. Instead of our normal studio, we got extreme, broadcasting live from the top of the festival's popular Ferris wheel!

Shreveport's own former 'X Factor' contestant Willie Jones has been a busy man of late. In addition to a couple of trips to Nashville for studio sessions and meetings with record company reps, he's also been writing and recording his own music, polishing his stage act (he gave a special live performance at Saturday's 'X Factor' auditions) and working on a couple of videos.
