Taylor Swift Offers Answer To Mysterious Instagram Posts

Last week, Taylor Swift was sending out cryptic messages via her Instagram account dropping little hints that a major event was on the horizon. She has finally revealed the secret behind those images via her Twitter feed.

In a posting to her Twitter followers, Taylor announced she will be hosting a worldwide live stream event on Yahoo! on Monday, August 18th. The event will take place at 4p (central time) and at that point she plans on discussing some very "exciting news" as she describes it on her website.

It's speculated that Taylor will be talking about a new album and perhaps releasing or performing the first single from that upcoming album.
