As long as I can remember, I've talked about wanting to see this, from what I'd heard, AMAZING show and I have to say that they did not disappoint!

People of all ages piled into the Shreveport Municipal Auditorium Wednesday night to experience a show that, for lack of a better term, was incredible. Not only was the music on point, but it was really quite comical. The Blue Man Group is a performance art group that was formed back in 1991 and has continued to shock audiences in each and every show over the years.

The fact the these entertainers can put on an hour and a half show without speaking a word is awesome. Being a dancer, I understand performing art with no words, but this seems to be a completely different beast. These guys really are amazing musicians and have truly perfected their craft. From banging on pipes to splattering colored paint, it was entertaining beginning to end. The audience participation was even really cool - one girl had no idea what she was doing, but totally played along.

I would definitely see these guys again. Congrats to Shreveport for bringing them in and allowing our community to experience such a cool concept.

For an idea of what I experienced last night, here's a sample of what these guys can really do. Enjoy!
