Now that I'm two weeks into my Couch to 5K fitness program, I'm starting to realize that if change what I eat, the exercise is easier! Imagine that?!??!

With that being said, I was in the office chatting with some of the girls on finding a wellness program and Jeannie Morris told me about the Zeal for Life Challenge. At first I was skeptical, I'm really caffeine sensitive, but then I started looking at what was in this stuff and I got a little excited. It seems to do everything I need it to and then some! I'm not a nutritionist or a doctor, but I've done more than my fair share of diets over the years and plenty of reading. Here's hoping this is the program that helps me achieve my health and wellness goals before the big 4-0 in August!

With that being said, Jessica Rowe and Elizabeth Morales are my fit buddies. They both work hard at maintaining a level of wellness excellence. Heck, Elizabeth, a mother of two in her mid 30's beat Cupcake from 1130 The Tiger (early 20's) in a five event physical fitness challenge. That's saying something!

I asked Elizabeth and Jessica to take a look at the program on camera with telling them what it was about prior to make sure they gave an honest opinion about my new Zeal for Life Challenge. Here's what the girls had to say and I'll make sure to keep you up to date on how I'm doing on Zeal!
