It's called 'Snap' and it was created by the makers of Groupon.  This awesome app gives you back money on certain purchases...kinda like a coupon but without all the paper.

It’s super easy to use. All you have to do is buy the items listed and when you’ve finished shopping, snap a picture of your receipt and it will give you instant cash back! It even gives you cash back on any milk or bread purchase!
