Did you remember to move your clock ahead by an hour Sunday? If you did, you could be paying the price today because of Daylight Saving Time. I know all the people who were filing into church yesterday looking like they fell out of bed, were.

The question is, how do you overcome the problem Daylight Saving Time? Well, according to a new study done by the Better Sleep Council, 61% of Americans say changing the clocks has an effect on them, and 40% say it takes them at least one week to get back to normal.

So as you can see, this is an uphill battle, especially, when another (unlated) surveyby mattress seller, Sleepys, found 70% of people think the time change should be moved from 2:00 A.M. Sunday to 2:00 A.M. Saturday.  That way they can use the weekend to get adjusted.

When you consider that 67% of Americans want a better night of sleep, that is a pretty reasonable request.

Hopefully, the time change hasn't effected your Monday that bad, but if it has, just think, this could be the worst Monday all year and we got through it early in the year.
