Today Is National ‘No Bra Day’

Were you aware that 'National No Bra Day' was first celebrated just two years ago, on July 9th, 2011 and successful it was! NNBD had close to 400,000 people participating that day, 250,000 registering on Facebook alone. NNBD has also spanned the globe, with women joining in in countries including United Kingdom, Canada, Russia, Australia, South Africa, Macedonia, Germany, Egypt, Bosnia, China, and many more.

Here's a quote from the organizers on the official NNBD website: 'On July 9th, spend 24 hours unleashing those magnificent breasts from their boobie zoos. Many adjectives might be used to describe your breasts but the most used word that day should be free!'

Men, too, are encouraged to participate by wearing something purple to show support (so to speak).

And one final quote from the NNBD site: 'P.S. Ladies…. Wearing a white t-shirt on this day is not only acceptable, but encouraged!'
