Well, if nothing else, at least we now know Transformers 5 will look really, really good. John Wick cinematographer John Sela has been hired to shoot Michael Bay’s upcoming mega-robot blockbuster sequel — unfortunately for us (but fortunately for him), Keanu Reeves will not be making an appearance, but rest assured that he will be with Michael Bay in spirit, hopefully using his unique brand of zen to guide Bay through this difficult process.

Variety reports that the cinematographer has been tapped to join the crew of Transformers 5. In addition to John Wick, Sela has worked as DP on films like Max Payne and A Good Day to Die Hard — the latter of which definitely has some aesthetic similarities to Bay’s Transformers movies. Sela is also known for filming Miley Cyrus’ great “Wrecking Ball” video, so he’s got a pretty diverse resume, though John Wick is inarguably his best work to date.

Bay is returning to helm the fifth installment of the Transformers franchise, with Mark Wahlberg returning to reprise his role. Transformers 5 is based on a script by Jeff Pinkner (Lost) and Akiva Goldsman — the latter of whom served as the head of the Transformers franchise brain trust, which has also yielded plans for a Bumblebee spinoff and an animated origin story film.

Although plot details are mostly scarce, rumors suggest that the sequel will follow Optimus Prime to space as he searches for the powerful alien forces who created the Autobots and the Decepticons — sort of like Transformers meets Prometheus. Those details have yet to be confirmed, but we should know more soon as the film heads into production pretty soon.

Transformers 5 hits theaters on June 23, 2017.
