Unbelievable Shark Feeding Frenzy In North Carolina [Video]

As we were searching the internet for really neat things to share with our listeners, we came across a video of a rare shark feeding frenzy at Cape Lookout National Seashore off the coast of North Carolina.Donnie Griggs captured this video of more than 100 sharks attacking a school of bluefish. The feeding frenzy lasted more than five minutes and some of the sharks got caught up in the surf.

The people that posted this video want it to be clear that Cape Lookout and the surrounding beaches of Eastern North Carolina are extremely safe for swimming. The presence of these sharks and large schools of fish is actually a sign of a very healthy ecosystem.
