Union workers at Shreveport's Libbey Glass plant say not to the company's latest contract offer.

Union representatives have been working with management on a new contract that has better pay and benefits.

Local USW leaders say this latest contract offers some concessions to the workers, but it's not enough.

Members overwhelmingly rejected the new deal. The latest contract expired on December 16, 2014.

Two previous offers were also rejected.

The local plant has 427 workers, but not all of them belong to the union.

Both sides are expected to get back to the table to try to get a new contract together.
