A new survey shows that on average Americans are working an extra day a week, just by answering work phone calls and checking work emails at home.

A survey of working American’s conducted by Good Technology found that more than 80% of people continue to work after they leave the workplace. The work done, answering calls and emails, totals to an average of seven additional hours of work a week. That’s almost a full extra day of work a week.
