The Walking Dead is bracing Mad Men levels of cryptic with every new tease from Season 7, but more than a few cracks are starting to show. Case in point, two more synopses from the season have hit the web, and it looks like we’ll be seeing the new communities sooner than expected.

Where previously AMC revealed that the October 23 premiere has been titled “The Day Will Come When You Won’t Be,” the titles and synopses for the season’s second and third episodes have hit as well. No direct callbacks to Season 1 this time, but definitely what looks to be Morgan and Carol’s trip to The Kingdom, and potentially a glimpse of the Saviors’ home:

Episode 7.02 - The Well

For a number of familiar faces, a new, well-established community seems too good to be true.

Episode 7.03 - The Cell

A new group of survivors seem to have it all in their impressive community; however, there is a price.

In the comics, at least, Rick was the one to first explore The Kingdom and its regal inhabitants, while Carl made a trip to Savior stronghold “The Sanctuary” as Negan’s uninvited guest. It’s also possible that the latter description could refer to the Saviors visiting Alexandria, which would be “a new group of survivors” from their perspective.

We’ll get a better sense of Season 7 by the October 23 premiere, but will the excitement dissipate once we learn Negan’s vicim(s)?
