How to Go Skiing in Louisiana When It Snows [Video]

Thanks to the recent winter storm in Shreveport-Bossier that closed roads, schools and government offices, we decided to look back at the last time the area really got hit with snow and ice: 2011.

We discovered this funny clip featuring a little redneck skiing that you should NOT try at home.

Former K945 personality Jay Whatley grabbed a length of rope and tied it to the back of the 96.5 KVKI van. Then, Erin McCarty jumped behind the wheel of the KVKI van and drove across the parking lot with Jay in tow.

Notice the car that decided to turn around in our parking lot at the end of this video? It definitely made this a little bit more dangerous!

The most surprising part? Robert, not Erin, has since been banned from driving the van.

Again, we cannot stress enough: DO NOT try this at home! This video features trained radio professionals operating within an enclosed track a parking lot.
