When State Representative (and former Mayor) Cedric Glover was a small boy, he suffered " a very traumatic injury" to his right hand. Glover, born right handed, had to learn to do things left-handed.

The precocious Glover, already writing at the age of four, then did what doctor's call a "neurological adaption" in re-learning something he already knew. But Cedric didn't learn to write left handed in the conventional way. To his physician's amazement, he learned what he calls "a reversal and inversion". In other words, he not only taught himself to write left-handed, but also to replicate letters in the way he had written them right handed.

So, take a look at our friend, Cedric, as he signs his name, from behind, upside down and right to left...just like he always does it!
