What You Could Find at the Plain Dealing Festival & Flea Market

I used to go to flea markets all over the Ark-la-tex with my dad years ago. I still love a good flea market to this day. The Plain Dealing Festival & Flea Market is coming up on Saturday, May 5, 2012 from 8am-2pm and here's a little taste of what you will find there.There are more than 50th booths reserved to sell everything from antiques, carnival glass, antique furniture, yard art from wood & metal, bird feeders, bows and tutus, temporary tattoos and feathers for the children. There will be lots of booths selling rummage sale type items. Lots of other stuff. Plus lots of food like BBQ, crawfish, funnel cakes, corn dogs, hamburgers, chili pies nachos, homade ice cream and snow cones.

So, think to yourself when is the last time you've been to Plain Dealing? Well, it's been too long. As an added bonus Linda's Gift and Flowers, Cottonbelt Antiques and the newest store in town, Something Old and Something New(owner Ronnie Powell) will also be open on Saturday May 5th.
