The featured app of the week will help you keep track of your health. Overall, this is a great app if you are trying to stick to a diet. The app features a food diary, tracks exercise, and reminds you to drink plenty of water. The app is called Lifesum.

The app is currently free to download, and is compatible with Apple Watches and iPads.

I have downloaded and tested it out, and I have noticed it is very similar to the Fitness Pal app. Both apps track your diet and give helpful tips. I guess if you don't like the style of one app you could always check out the other. Nonetheless, both get the job done.

I think my favorite feature of this app is that it reminds you to drink water. The hardest part to sticking to a diet to me is making sure I drink enough water. Luckily, this app will actually send you alerts making sure that you don't forget.
