Wine Country Bistro Opens New Location in Shreveport Tonight, Oct. 26

Wine Country will be opening its doors of their new location after completing renovations.

Congratulations to Wine Country Bistro on their new location. Tonight, doors will open for the first time in the old Ristorante Giuseppe location on Line Avenue in Shreveport. Wine Country has been open in Pierremont Mall for close to 10 years.

The new location isn't the only thing that will change.

Guests will enjoy a new menu, bar, dining room and atmosphere. If you're a "frequent flier" (like myself) don't let that scare you. The new location will please regulars, while also drawing in new guests. According to the Shreveport Times, owner Jason Brady is tackling ideas he has been dreaming about for quite some time.

First of all, the kitchen is huge.

Brady says that the old Wine Country location, in its entirety, would probably in the kitchen of the new location easily. The extra space will also allow for two bar service areas. One will be designated for the main dining and banquet rooms, while the other will focus solely on the bar dining area. In addition, the menu will also be expanding.

For opening night (Wednesday, October 26), the bar area will be opening for happy hour at 4:30 p.m. to close. The dining room will not be open tonight, but the bar menu will be available beginning at 5:30 p.m.
