Woman Found Dead at Betty Virginia Park

Shreveport police are investigating the death of a woman at Betty Virginia Park.

They say she's in her mid-to-late30's, and was found hanged near the swings. At this point, they suspect suicide. There were no signs of foul play.

Part of the park is closed while the investigation continues.
