Woman Gives Letter of Support to Bossier Sheriff’s Deputy

A Bossier sheriff's deputy gets an unexpected letter of support from a stranger.

Sgt. Johnnie Estess received the letter while he and other law officers were attending the south Louisiana funeral of Louisiana State Trooper Steven Vincent. He was fatally shot in the line of duty August 23.

The Bossier Sheriff's Office says the woman who wrote the letter saw the interview on the agency's Facebook page and contacted deputies to express her good wishes. We now know she is 26-year-old Tiffany Hebert. We thank her wholeheartedly for her kindless.
