[UPDATE] Wrecks Slowing Things Down on Both Sides of I-20

[UPDATE]  Both wrecks on I-20 are now all clear. No word on the extent of any injuries.

[ORIGINAL STORY]  The weather is causing some problems on the interstate this morning.

There are major slow-downs on I-20 East at Monkhouse and I-20 West at Pines Road because of accidents there.

Westbound traffic is moving, but very slowly. The eastbound lanes are pretty backed up right now.

Police remind you to slow down on the wet roadways and keep a safe following distance from the vehicle in front of you. There are quite a lot of 18-wheelers on the roads, too, so watch out for them.
