Horrible news for Louisiana’s own Ali Landry who hails from Breaux Bridge. Her husband, Alejandro Monteverde’s brother and father were kidnapped from their home in early September. A ransom was paid, but the two were found dead inVeracruz. Our hearts and prayers go out to Ali and her husband’s family during this tragic time.
Brian Williams was back on the tube yesterday covering the Pope’s visit to the U.S. for MSNBC. Williams six month suspension followed his admission regarding exaggerating his role in a helicopter episode in Iraq.
