Alabama takes on Clemson for the national championship on Monday night.

It's almost time for the 2016 College Football Playoff national championship game and here's everything you need to know about the game:

1. How much are tickets to the game? an average of $500 when the tickets went on sale, but you would pay way more than that now.

2. Where is the game? Glendale Arizona at the University of Phoenix Stadium.

3. When? Kickoff is at 7:30 (CST)

4. Stadium info: the stadium has a retractable roof which takes 12 minutes to open. The stadium seats 72,000 people. The playing surface is Bermuda, Ryegrass

5. The City of Glendale has budgeted nearly $476,000 for this year's college title game, including ​$351,000 for police and fire crews.

6. ESPN is planning what's billed as a "Megacast" broadcasting the game several different ways. On ESPN Classic you'll get the sounds of the game which is a live broadcast of the game, with all natural sound and no announcers.

7. Who is performing at the College Football Championship? Ciara will sing the National Anthem and country music artist Canaan Smith will sing "America the Beautiful" before kickoff of the title game. Eric Church will perform at the Championship Tailgate.

8. Taste of the Championship is being held before the game featuring top chefs from around the country, including David Holben from Del Frisco’s in Dallas.

9. The College Football Championship Series does help several charities, but a key focus is teachers. The initiative is called the extra yard for teachers. 

10. Point spread: Alabama is a 6 and half point favorite to beat Clemson. The over and under for the game is 50.
