Meet 6-year-old Layton Carr. Layton's mom says her little boy is country artist Luke Bryan's biggest fan.

Layton was supposed to go to Bryan's concert next Wednesday at the CenturyLink Center in Bossier City. Unfortunately, he just had surgery this morning for a brain tumor, so he'll be recovering when Bryan comes to town. That's why Pay It Forward Networking has stepped up to try to fill Layton's request -- either a visit at the hospital from Luke Bryan, or a video message.

A family friend posted this message on Luke Bryan's Facebook page:

Your biggest fan, Layton Carr, was supposed to be at your show next Wednesday night in Shreveport for his birthday. Unfortunately, he is now in the hospital. The doctors discovered a brain tumor and he and his family won't be able to attend. This little boy has had a tough life and we are hoping and praying that everything turns out ok. Do you think maybe, just maybe, in your insanely busy schedule, that you could go see him in the hospital? He will be in the hospital there in Shreveport. This would make his dreams come true (and most likely his mom's as well :P)!!! I'm going to try to add his picture below in the comments since it wouldn't let me post one here. Thank you in advance!

We're working with our friends at Kiss Country 93.7 to see if they can help us with Layton's request. If you know anyone who can help, email Kassi Robinson at kassi@payitforwardnetworking.com.

Kassi said Layton's surgery went well, and his doctors are confident they removed all of the brain tumor. We wish him a speedy recovery, and hope all his wishes come true!
