More than 100 First Responders were treated to lunch by a 7-year-old boy yesterday, in honor of September 11.

Oliver Perry, a 7-year-old from Lafayette, realized that September 11 was a day that we remember all of the fallen heroes that risked their lives for complete strangers. So he decided to something for the First Responders and "give back."

Oliver used the money that he had raised all year long from his lemonade stand and bought lunch for more than 100 First Responders. But the restaurant, Agave, gave Oliver his money back - $700 to go into his college savings fund.

What a thoughtful young boy. I'm sure his parents must be proud. To read more about Oliver, click HERE.
