It has been years since we have seen NBA players wearing short shorts, but like all trends this one seems to be making a comeback. The 90's started the look that is most commonly seen today with shorts going below a player's knees. Now the new trend isn't as short as it used to be in the Larry Bird days, but shorts are now being wore back above the knee.

Lebron James is the player leading the way with the new look so we can only guess this will catch on. Honestly it's probably easier to play with the shorts not dragging on your knees so it's more about the playing and not the look.
