Backflipping Hamster May Be the Next Olympic Hero

Running on a wheel that goes nowhere is just so passe for one hamster.

This little critter is winning the internet. Heck, he's winning life altogether because he steps into his little bowl and flips backward, over and over.

It's oddly mesmerizing because this hamster keeps at it, even if you think he'd be even just a wee bit dizzy. These are the kinds of flips you see every four years when the Olympics rolls around. We're pretty sure he'd get 10s from all the judges and would be a shoo-in for the gold medal.

This guy is so awesome that we think he bumps this tiny one to second coolest hamster around. And, like his gold medal performance, that's no easy feat.
