Real estate agents, think outside the box when posting your properties and it may just get more shares than you ever imagined. An agent in Felton, California decided to put Bigfoot in their homes and it definitely got people’s attention. The listing on Zillow is a ranch-style five-bedroom, three-bath home that is priced at $999,000.

Real Estate agent, Daniel Oster, had the brilliant idea to have the domesticated Sasquatch in all of the photos of the home. Bigfoot is found wearing a chef hat and oven mitts while baking cookies in the gorgeous kitchen,  reading books in the relaxing living room, having his morning coffee while reading the newspaper on the spacious deck, gardening in the beautiful yard, and of course resting in the bedroom. Needless to say, the listing has over half a million views so far. I would say the agent’s idea worked.

“A lot of folks are under a lot of stress now, and we were hoping to lighten people’s day and make them smile. At the same time, hoping to spread awareness of their home for sale. And that does indeed seem to be happening. We’ve had an overwhelming amount of interest in folks calling to schedule appointments to see the property. And, we are anticipating offers soon.”    Daniel Oster, Agent

According to Daily Mail, Oster said the Bigfoot idea popped into his mind during the initial photoshoot and the sellers immediately supported the creative idea.   I mean searching for the perfect home can sometimes be as difficult as searching for Bigfoot.
