It's already that time of year... Getting ready for the Holidays. Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years will be here before we know it!

So, I decided what better to do than some of my favorite recipes for the "Listen And Win" word at 4:45pm. (By that way, it's also a great time to make sure you're a VIP to get the 2,500 points every day!)

Today, I decided to start out with an appetizer, Cranberry Dip.

What you'll need is:

1 (12 ounce) package fresh cranberries
1 cup white sugar
1 cup apricot jam
1 cup chopped pecans
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese

It's all ready in three easy steps:

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Combine the cranberries and sugar in a 2 quart baking dish with a lid. Make sure the berries are all coated. Cover, and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.

Remove from the oven and start stirring in the apricot jam and pecans. Put in the refrigerator overnight. To serve, bring the cream cheese to room temperature and pour the mixture over the cream cheese block.

It goes great with pretzels or crackers!
