Kaleem, a young boy in India, has 18-pound hands that measure more than a foot long each. His hands are gigantic and completely out of proportion to the rest of his body.

He doesn't go to school because other kids are afraid of his hands and his parents have struggled financially to find him medical attention.

He has finally been able to see a doctor, but the doctors are at a loss. They say that they've never seen anything like this before but suspect it has something to do with his thyroid.
