I don't know why, but everyone I talk to who is involved in rescue says that adopting out black dogs is harder than any other color and black labs seem to be harder than anything else! That's such a crying shame to me because I've known plenty of black labs in my life and they're wonderful dogs! They love to play, you can train them to hunt, they love the water, they're great with kids... Seriously, what's not to like?!?!? Harley is up to date on all his shots, neutered and gets along with other dogs... all he needs is you! Go meet Harley today at Pet Savers of Shreveport! His adoption fee is $90.

My name is Harley, a black Lab mix. I was a stray and the person who found me took me home but their dog did not like me. They decided it would be best to bring me to Pet Savers. I am up to date on all my shots, neutered and I get along with other dogs. I'm very shy at first so I'll need some time to warm up to you.
