For the life of me, I can't imagine just dumping a dog... especially one as cute as Louie is! They don't have a history on him because he was abandoned and he'll need to be neutered before he can go to his new forever home. But you can meet Louie today at Pet Savers of Shreveport and fill out an adoption application! Louie's adoption fee is $200 and he's already up to date on his shots.
I'm a Terrier mix who was dumped on someone's property. Since I was abandoned they don't really know very much about me. Before I can be adopted I will need to be neutered. If you are interested in me you can go ahead and fill out an adoption application.
