I have never been geocaching, but I have known people who have and they have all said that it is super fun. If you are wanting to learn how to geocache then you can attend the Caddo Lake State Park's Geocaching 101 class this weekend.

According to the event page on Facebook, the class will be held on Saturday, April 14th, from 1 pm to 2 pm with the class meeting up at the Boat Ramp Picnic Area. The event page also mentions that the program is "weather dependent. All park programs are open and free to the public with entrance fee ($4 per adult ages 13 and up; children 12 and under are always free!). No need to register, just show up."

According to the good ole' Google, Geocaching is "the recreational activity of hunting for and finding a hidden object by means of GPS coordinates posted on a website."

This is a great event to get the kids out of the house and become treasure hunters.
