CASTING CALL: Looking For Oil Rig Workers In Louisiana For ‘Deepwater Horizon’ Movie

Calling all oil rig workers! Here's your chance to be in a film with Mark Wahlberg and possibly Liam Neeson and Michael Keaton!

According to WWWL 4, filmmakers are looking for experienced oil rig workers and men or women with Merchant Marine or Coast Guard experience to work on a film about the explosion of the Deepwater Horizon and the subsequent oil spill into the Gulf of Mexico.

Central Casting Louisiana is asking people to apply only if they have worked on an offshore rig or have experience with the Merchant Marine or Coast Guard.

Filming could take place over several months from May to August and may require day and night shooting.
