Chick-Fil-A will be closed on Super Bowl Sunday, even in the stadium where the event is being held.

We brought up the idea that they could possibly be open inside Mercedes-Benz Stadium on Super Bowl Sunday, but TMZ is reporting that the fast food joint will not make an exception on Super Bowl Sunday in Atlanta.

So, if you're going to the "BIG GAME" on February 3rd in Atlanta do not expect to go get the nuggets in the stadium. Atlanta is lucky enough to have a Chick-Fil-A joint in their new stadium, but that doesn't mean that they will be open for the biggest sporting event in the world.

We all know that Chick-Fil-A is closed on Sundays, but I thought that they would make an exception to their policy, but nope! They aren't doing it. Lock the doors.

TMZ reports that Chick-Fil-A may be turning their head on about half-a-million dollars by electing to not open in the stadium on Super Bowl Sunday.

Talk about sticking to your roots.
