It's the home of the big blue chair, we all have climbed up on that thing and taken a photo right? Chimi V's was the call that several people made when it came to catering big partied and we all got used to seeing the fun Chimi V's truck with the little chair on the top all over town. Those days are gone unless someone steps in and buys the restaurant.

The Owners of Chimi V's Have Decided to Retire and They Have Closed the Doors.

There was no warning, no big goodbye, no last chance for people to say bye to some of the best freshly made tortillas or have one last margarita at the bar.
