Companies Hiring Right Now In The SBC

Losing your job is the almost the worst.  Losing your job during the holidays is the worst.  A recent study released by Wallst.247, Shreveport / Bossier City is number 4 in the nation for job losses citing an unemployment rate of 6.8%.  If you find yourself in this situation, there is hope!

If you, or someone you know is without a job right now - it can be really tough.  I have two things for you to consider:

1.  They Can't Eat You.  One of my best friends told me this once, and it has always stuck with me.  If you are doing your best, and you are constantly getting calls from debt collectors - cut yourself some slack.  As long as you do your best, (and don't owe any cannibals) your debtors won't eat you.  Everyone owes someone, or has owed someone at one time or another.

2.  There are companies in the Shreveport / Bossier City area hiring right now!  According to careerbuilder.com, there are several local companies hiring for part-time and full-time positions.  CSRA, Promise Hospital of Louisiana, Aflac, Chrysler, Manitowoc Foodservice, and quite a few more are looking for great employees!  Find the full list here.
