Controversial Westboro Baptist Church Urges Members to Protest Sage Stallone’s Funeral

Sylvester Stallone's son, Sage, passed away Friday and his funeral may get some unwanted guests as Westboro Baptist Church spokesperson, Marjie J. Phelps, Tweeted to her "congregation" urging them to protest the funeral.

The controversial "Church" is known for demonstrating at the funerals of US Soldiers. Celebrities have been the target of many of their protest signs, but I can't recall them ever protesting at a celebrity funeral.

Sage Stallone's funeral will be held, according to Entertainment Tonight, Saturday at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church in the Brentwood area of Los Angeles.
