Oklahoma police officers had an unusual experience when they pulled a vehicle over for expired tags. Stephen Jennings and Rachel Rivera were riding in a Ford Explorer & couldn't produce proof of insurance, so the vehicle was impounded.

The vehicle was found to be stolen. The pair face multiple charges. Here comes the punch line...The uranium possession drew no criminal charge.
