Crews Battling Blaze At Baton Rouge Refinery This Morning

Baton Rouge fire officials say there appear to be no outside impacts as a result of the fire. Officials with the plant and with city and state government agencies are monitoring the situation as it continues to unfold. There have been no injuries reported in the blaze. You might recall this same facility was rocked with a series of significant explosions on New Year's Eve of 1989. One person was killed in the 1989 incident.
