Driver Throws Dirty Diaper Out Of Window And Hits A Cop Car

This seems like a one in a million shot...of stupidity.

A guy driving down the interstate in Indiana threw his baby's dirty diaper out of his car window. He did this, not just in front of a cop, but actually managed to HIT the cop's car!

The cop immediately pulled driver over. He didn't admit to throwing the diaper out of the window, saying that the wind blew it out. I'm not really sure how that works, but...okay.

He was ticketed for littering.

I'm not sure if Sgt. Wheeles was the ticketing officer, but I sure hope so...
