Erin’s Got A Sore Back….Now We Know Why

For a couple of weeks, I've been battling an achy back. Robert thinks he has diagnosed the problem.

My lower back hurts on the right side. Dr. Jason Maggio at All The Way Chiropractic is working it out for me. But I'm trying to figure out what caused it. Here's Robert's theory:

Yes, that is my coffee mug and I hold it with my right hand. Robert says it's the size of a Mercury Space Capsule. Just a little FYI, I don't fill it all the way up.
