Family Dispute Leaves One Dead

According to investigators, the shooting happened just after 7 in the 7300 block of Golden Meadows Road in Greenwood.

Police, say that a man in his 70s was involved in a heated argument with a man in his 40s. At some point during the dispute, the man in his 70s produced a gun and shot the victim. The two men are reportedly cousins.

Police have not said what the argument between the two was about. The shooter and two other witnesses were detained by Caddo Sheriff's Deputies for questioning.

An investigation into the killing is on going.
