Fifth HarmonyMeghan Trainor and Charlie Puth paid tribute to the late Christina Grimmie during their respective sets at WBLI's Summer Jam, just hours after news broke that Grimmie had been shot and killed during a meet and greet after her Orlando show this past Friday (June 10).

Fifth Harmony’s Normani Kordei spoke about the group’s ties to Grimmie before calling for a moment of silence from the crowd.

Trainor also paid homage to the former The Voice finalist during the same show when she dedicated her song “Like I’m Gonna Lose You” to the late singer. Trainor asked fans to sing along and hold their phones up high to honor Grimmie.

"So if you’ll please sing it with me as a shout out to our girl Christina, this one’s for her. Let's sing nice and loud," she said.

Puth dedicated his hit song “See You Again” to Grimmie during the show as well, explaining, "I was reading the news last night and heard that my good friend Christina Grimmie was killed, and I want to dedicate this song to her tonight. I’ve been upset about this all day, mainly because I just never got to say what I wanted to say to her, and I feel like this song perfectly captures that.”

Grimmie, who placed third during Season 6 of The Voice, was 22 years old when she was gunned down outside Orlando venue Plaza Live Theater while signing autographs for fans.
