Happy Grilled Cheese Day

This is certainly a day we can all appreciate, as long as you aren't lactose intolerant. It's National Grilled Cheese Day!

One problem for us here in the the Ark-La-Tex, no one is celebrating. It is primarily a New York thing. There are even a couple of guys in New York who purchased an old NYPD van and turned it into a Grilled Cheese roach-coach. Pretty cool stuff.
