How Much Does Your Tooth Fairy Pay?

When we were kids and we lost a tooth, the Tooth Fairy left us a quarter...fifty cents if we were lucky.  These days, it seems that the Tooth Fairy is much more generous...$5, $10, even $20!! 

Cory says his fairy pays $10 for the first tooth, $5 for the second and $2 a tooth after that. Elizabeth is not as experienced in dealing with the Tooth Fairy.  Although her 5 year-old, Mikayla, currently has a loose tooth, so it looks like she'll be in contact with her soon.
