How Old Do You Have To Be For Your College Degree To Pay For Itself?

Let's face it. College is expensive and this day in age, earning a college degree doesn't guarantee you a six-figure income on day one. But how long does it actually take to recoup the entire cost of your tuition?

According to a new study, the average age to recoup the cost of obtaining a degree (including tuition and other expenses) is...34!! That means it takes 12 years out of college to break even. Is it worth it? In my opinion, yes. But to each their own.

In other words, your kid will be living on your couch for 12 years...
