Due to the medical crisis facing the world, the Easter Mass will happen in a near-empty St. Peter's Basilica in Vatican City. Only a few hand-picked people will attend the mass along with a few aides to the Pope.

Normally, tens of thousands gather in St. Peter's Square for Easter Sunday Mass but this year things are very different. Italy has been hard hit but the Coronavirus and St. Peter's Square has been closed to the public since March 10. You can watch the Pope's Easter Mass on the Vatican's YouTube Channel or catch it on The Catholic Channel, EWTN or on Fox News. It begins at 4 a.m. CST which is 11 a.m. in Rome.
