Invasive Foreign Bug Breaking Into Homes All Across Louisiana

This invasive species is quickly taking over in Louisiana. But its actually not just Louisiana, this insect is overrunning the entire United States. But in Louisiana, they're making their way inside our homes right now, as over night temps start to drop.

They're scientifically known as Halyomorpha halys, but commonly we call them...stink bugs. This one is specifically identified as the Brown Marmorated Stink Bug, and hoards of these are pushing their ways into Louisiana homes right now.

These bugs are native to Asia, but now that they have been transported to America (likely through shipping containers) they have seen explosive growth, invading all states. But its worse in states like Louisiana, because these things can produce five generations in a single year in warm weather climates. Creating more than we can handle in our state.
