Antiques Roadshow To Feature Fascinating Louisiana Visit Tonight
It was about this time last year when we first learned that the PBS hit show "Antiques Roadshow" would be making a stop in Louisiana and they were looking for an audience for this big event.
Well, thanks to the Louisiana Radio Network, we have learned that tonight, fans of Antiques Roadshow will finally get to see the first of several episodes featuring Louisiana.
Louisiana Public Broadcasting Programming Director Jason Viso said that we'll see how distinctive items from the Bayou State appraise and that the LSU Rural Life Museum in Baton Rouge is also featured.
“Obviously very iconic in a lot of ways, very beautiful scenery and really undiscovered by many people,” said Viso.
Tonight's episode will air at 7:00 pm on LPB with additional airings as follows:

Of the "Behind the Scenes of Antiques Roadshow Special, Viso said fans get an exclusive treat. “You’ll get a chance to see two or three people that we followed along the journey and what it was like to actually go through that process of is it a real find.”
