Caddo Parish Contractor Arrested for $60K Home Fraud

When detectives investigated the complaint, they discovered the contractor, 39-year-old Erick Guevara-Escobedo, was performing residential work without a valid Louisiana license. Following an admission during questioning, he was arrested and booked into the Caddo Correctional Center on one count of Residential Contractor Fraud.
